Sometimes you have challenges in life...which can feel like a bump in the road or a moment in time. Other days, it feels like you’re slowly climbing a mountain where it doesn’t seem like there is an ending point... You’re tired. You’re losing hope. You’ve lost focus. This can be a lonely and chaotic time.
This is an opportunity to partner with someone who can support you on your healing journey as you work through challenging times.

About me
I have been working in community mental health for almost 9 years. During that time, I have been involved with family preservation services, crisis intervention, wrap around services, perinatal and postpartum support, and individual and family counseling. Prior to that, I had experiences supporting foster families and pregnant and parenting teens. Additionally, I have had volunteer opportunities which included learning about the Circle of Security parenting program, caring for orphans abroad, and interning as a midwife abroad.
Throughout my career as a mental health clinician, I have partnered with my clients, supporting them through many different and difficult situations and experiences. I have sought to be a mindful and self-aware individual myself, as such, I practice what I teach, while recognizing our human imperfections.
My Services

Throughout my career as a mental health clinician, I have partnered with my clients, supporting them through many different and difficult situations and experiences. I have sought to be a mindful and self-aware individual myself, as such, I practice what I teach, while recognizing our human imperfections. As a clinician, I use a combination of professional knowledge, life experiences, and my faith in God to guide my work in my practice. I see each client as an individual with unique needs and approaches. Currently, my treatment focus is on the perinatal and postpartum period, mood disorders, family issues, and attachment. I believe it is important to discuss which type of therapy approach is best for the individual and the situation. In cases of children zero to five years old, I prefer to utilize the dyadic approach, with caregiver and child together.
